Terms of Service

conestogayouthsports.org (“the site,” “we,” “us”) is a volunteer-run website that provides information and registration for the individual youth sports programs serving the Conestoga school district communities. Each sport is organized by its own volunteers — the site handles sign-ups and payments on their behalf. By using the site or registering an athlete, you agree to these terms. Accounts

Family accounts are for parents and legal guardians. Keep your information accurate, and only add sign-in emails for adults you trust with the account — anyone who can receive a sign-in code at a listed email can access it. Tell us right away if you think your account is being misused.

Registration and payment

• Each program lists its fee before you check out. Fees go to the sport you’re registering for. Checking out with check or cash reserves your athlete’s spot; the registration is confirmed once the sport receives payment, and unpaid reservations may be released.
• Paying online by card includes a small processing fee that goes to the card processor, not to the site or the sport — the fee is shown before you pay.
• Discounts (like multi-athlete pricing) and late fees are applied automatically as shown in your cart.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests are handled by each sport’s own coordinators — reach out to the contact listed on the sport’s page, or email us and we’ll connect you. If a sport cancels a program, paid registrations for it will be refunded.

Waivers

Some programs require a signed waiver before an athlete can participate. Signing electronically — typing your name where indicated — has the same effect as signing on paper, and we keep the exact waiver text as it read when you signed it.

Participation and risk

Youth sports involve physical activity and carry an inherent risk of injury. Parents and guardians accept those risks when registering, as described in the waivers for each program. Follow each sport’s, school’s, and facility’s rules at practices and games, and keep it a positive place for kids.

Photos at events

Games and events are public, and the sports occasionally share event photos on this site or their social pages. If you’d like a photo of your athlete taken down from the site, email us and we’ll remove it.

The site itself

We work to keep the site available and accurate but provide it “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the site’s operators and the sports’ volunteers aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
